Consolidation
We produce consolidated accounts based on the Lux GAAP or IFRS standards and manage the entire consolidation process, including :
- Defining the consolidation scope and method to be applied to each group company
- Collating information from your group companies using a consolidation Reporting package
- Converting the collated information into your group’s consolidation currency
- Reconciliation and removing transactions between companies in your group
- Calculating and recording standardisation restatements, consolidation restatements deferred taxes and impacts of changes on the consolidation scope
- Completing consolidated equity
- For “voluntary/banking” consolidations, preparing the consolidated accounts and the compilation report
- For “legally binding” consolidations, preparing the consolidated accounts and the consolidated management report, requesting approval (from the board of directors, auditors and general shareholders’ meeting) and publication
