As part of the expansion of our international activities, ParFi Group is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager – CRM (International Financial Companies) who wishes to grow in a central and strategic role at the crossroads of tax, accounting, legal, and corporate administration.
📍 Location: Leudelange (Luxembourg)
📑 Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI) – Full time
💶 Salary: To be determined according to profile and experience
Your Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of international financial companies.
You will play a cross-functional and strategic role, ensuring the legal, tax, accounting, and administrative compliance of the structures while guaranteeing the quality and reliability of corporate deliverables.
You will also act as a trusted point of contact for demanding international clients and as a reference for internal teams.
Your Responsibilities

Client relationship management and case coordination: act as the main point of contact for international clients, follow up on their requests, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.

Tax and accounting supervision: analyze the accounting and tax matters of financial companies, assess the tax impact of transactions (restructurings, dividends, international flows), and contribute to securing tax positions.

Corporate supervision and governance: manage company incorporations and dissolutions, monitor the corporate life of entities, organize board meetings and general assemblies, and maintain up-to-date legal documentation and registers.

Regulatory compliance and institutional relations: ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and coordinate interactions with notaries, auditors, banks, authorities, and administrations.
Your Profile

Minimum 6 years of experience as a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or Client Relationship Manager for financial companies (within a fiduciary firm or professional services firm).

Strong understanding of international tax and accounting principles applied to financial companies.

Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in international finance, taxation, or a related field.

Fluent in French and English.

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
